1. Where are your products shipped from?

All our products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our print-on-demand partner, Printful, in the United States.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and produced within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

3. How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Please contact us first at returns@k-drama.store for return instructions.

We do not offer direct exchanges; if you need a different size or style, request a return and place a new order.

5. Where do I send returns?

Returns are processed through our fulfillment partner, Printful, at their US facilities.

Do not send returns to our business address or to any other address without first contacting us. We’ll provide the correct return address after your request is approved.

6. What should I do if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately at returns@k-drama.store with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Who pays for return shipping?

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping.
For other returns (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong size), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

We collect only the information needed to process your order and provide customer service (name, address, contact details, and order information).

12. Do you have a physical store?

No, K-Drama Store is an online-only business. We do not operate a physical shop or warehouse.

13. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@k-drama.store
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update the address. Once production or shipping has started, address changes may not be possible.
